Compass Computing Ltd are committed to ensuring that you are supplied
with the service you require, when you require it. We truly do care
that you receive the appropriate service also.
Our consultants will not bully you into having services that will
not benefit your company.
An example:
We were recently contacted by a medium sized office cleaning company
in west London. They thought they needed a bespoke networked database
system - something we could quite happily have built for them. However,
after a chat with our database consultant it transpired that
Microsoft Outlook (not Outlook Express) would accommodate all of their
needs, and was sat on their computers having never been run. Our consultant
pointed this out and explained how they could use it. We didn't
get a deal, we lost out, many of our competitors would have sweet
talked
them into spending out for a database, we just advised them of what
they needed and left it at that.
However, when at customers premises for, perhaps, a web
site we
discover that they actually require something else as well, perhaps
a networked system, a database, or simply
some word
templates to ensure that their business runs smoother.

After the 'job is done' we will not pester you to see if we can
do extra work, but we are just a phone
call or email away when you do.
We care that you get what you should have, for web site we will
supply all passwords and login details, ensure that your domain name
is registered to you not us. For databases we do encrypt the files
or protect them so that only we can modify them, we know how important
these systems are to your business and encrypting them so they can't
be altered by a professional helps no-one.
